For the first time, I felt Acupuncture is really magical. No words to explain the difference between yesterday and today. My knee pains are drastically reduced. Feeling like I am in a dream. I have been suffering for almost 3 years with poor sleep, I work in a job that requires day and night shift hours.
I struggle to get to sleep and stay asleep, waking constantly throughout the night, on average managing 4 hours sleep a night, waking up tired.
Other contributing factors including work life balance, or should I say lack there of.
I decided to make an appointment with Mackay Acupuncture and finally address my situation.
After only 2 sessions I am sleeping so much better, I still wake when nature calls, however go straight back to sleep.
I no longer have 'white noise' or music playing, things I used to do to try and relax.
My energy levels are improving and I much more focussed.
I highly recommend Mark and the team at Mackay Acupuncture.

Today I had my first appointment and was impressed with Mark’s approach and deep understanding of my problem. I certainly feel better already and I’m hopeful I’ve found the answer I need (after trying a lot of other therapies).
